"Bo, because of the way they heard you into certain places I saw it from afar. I could not get any good pics, but my father in-law worked 15 on Saturday. I think he may have some. I will post them if he does. I live 10 minutes down the road, it was only natural that I should go."

I just do not understand why it takes a near tragedy like this or 911 for that matter, to bring people to do good things, or better things for our world and society. It is such a shame that for a year after 911, everyone was nice to eachother. After about a year, it went back to exactly the same rude ignorant world it was before that terrible day. Sorry to rant!"

"Hey, if my 2007 USGA OPEN pics are approved could someone please tell how to correct the haze that you can see, possibly a filter or even a way in a program? It was so hot and hazy that day, and the shots were at a zoom. I know the more zoom the more you see the haze. THANKS GUYS! and thank you slartibartfast for mentioning this forum!"

"Sure, HilWilRun...I used a Cannon Powershot s2is. It took me about 75 shots before I got the perfect one. This camera is so powerful (as you can see) so many features I have not even broken the tip of the iceberg. I actually posted here to see if I was good enough to upgrade to a SLR."
